HOW TO MAKE FRIED EGGS
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of butter (or olive oil)
- 2 or 3 large eggs, depending on appetite
- Salt and pepper to taste
Equipment:
- a small (10") frying pan

- gas ring, at medium heat
Method:
1. First, melt the better in the pan over medium heat.
2. Then, crack open the eggs into the pan and let fry until the yolks begin the harden at the adges (indicated by a lightening in the yols color).
3. Using the spatula, flip the eggs over and allow to cook ten second for over-easy, or up to minute for over-hard.
4. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.

- Red, blue, yellow, green, and orange food colouring
- Water
- Five small jars
- Five celery stalks
These steps:
1. Put two centimeters of water in each jar. Add a few drops of colouring, red in one jar, blue in the next, and so on.
